Estate Planning and Probate Attorneys

MANAGING ATTORNEY: MELISSA DEMPSEY, ESQ.

I am a Colorado Estate Planning attorney, and I have been practicing for over 10 years. I'm a mom of three and as a mom,   I am acutely aware of the importance of planning for the future – there is a great deal at stake and it  comes fast!  As a Colorado Estate Planning attorney, I help individuals and families protect their futures and personalize their legacy.  As a Colorado Probate attorney, I assist families by handling  challenging administrative matters after a loss of their loved ones.

I am originally from Missoula, Montana and spent much of my childhood on the Flathead Reservation.  I earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in both Sociology and Foreign Relations.   Additionally, I completed a Masters of Arts (M.A.) degree from New York University, which focused on International Human Rights.  Finally, I earned a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law.  I graduated with honors and received the Dean’s Award for establishing and being the first editor-in-chief for the Law Journal for Social Justice.

At Heritage Law Solutions, we understand that planning for the future is a sensitive undertaking, as is assisting families with the administration of a loved one’s estate.  We are committed to offering our clients affordable high-quality legal services, and we are dedicated to becoming each client’s long-term trusted advisor.

OF COUNSEL: JODY BRAMMER-HOELTER, ESQ.

I have practiced law in Colorado for over 15 years and specialize in Colorado probate law in Boulder, CO and I also assist clients with estate planning.  I earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education degrees from Central Connecticut State University, and continued to teach for several years after moving to Colorado. I graduated from the University of Colorado School of Law in 2005 and am a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Colorado Bar Association. My passion is in helping families and individuals document their wishes for passing along their values and wealth, and in administering estates after the death of a loved one.  When I’m not working, I volunteer with several nonprofits, enjoy skiing, hiking, camping with my husband, and reading.

Our firm approaches every situation on a very personal level, offering caring, ethical and personal attention to every individual we work with. Each plan is formed after listening carefully to the client’s needs and concerns.

For those who want to create Colorado Estate Planning documents or review an existing estate plan, the end result is the same: complete assurance that their wishes for end of life care and the passing of their legacy will be upheld.  When assisting families in Colorado Estate Planning and preparing for or dealing with illness, incapacity or death, our goal is to reduce the stress of this difficult situation as much as possible.
